Hi, I'm Adam.


First of all I couldn't be happier that you're here!

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and official exercise junkie... movement, rehab, and fitness are kind of my thing.


My passion is helping other people navigate the intricacies of working out optimally, and moving pain free. This is what led me create The PT Initiative. (which you can find me on Instagram @ThePTInitiative.)
